Grooming of Dogs and Cats
North Rocks Veterinary Hospital is pleased to offer you an independent
professional grooming service to supplement our usual in-house grooming of dogs
and cats requiring sedation.
There will always be some pets especially cats that are so badly matted that they need to be sedated or sometimes anaesthetised to achieve the desired effect.
Of course some cats like the neurone challenged beautiful Rori are quite capable of grooming themselves as he is here demonstrating.....
We will continue to provide that cat grooming service but it is great to have a professional grooming parlour downstairs to handle all the complexities of style cutting that we can't handle.
Bella Dog Grooming
- Introducing Marissa Mule' as the owner of Bella Dog Grooming.
- At Bella you can be
sure that your dog is treated like our own.
Before opening Bella, Marissa worked as a dog groomer for 2 years and as a vet nurse at North Rocks as well as studying Animal Studies at Richmond TAFE.
Included with every visit to Bella she will clip toenails, clean out ears, trim back the hair in between paws and pluck out the hair in the ears of Poodles as well.
Marissa has extensive
experience in brushing dogs with long coats such as Border Collies or Samoyeds.
After a bath and blow dry she uses a fine tooth comb brushing backwards through
the entire coat to ensure the coat is knot and matt free and looking its best.
Marissa is also a talented artist as this painting of a Border Collie shows. Perhaps you would like your pet painted as well - well not the dog silly, but a nice portrait anyway!
Bella's trading hours
are from Monday to Saturday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Marissa works by appointment and
is contactable on her mobile at all times.
Her salon is just down the driveway on the right hand side of North Rocks Veterinary Hospital.
